If you lose, you need to restart Face of the Franchise, and you’ll also get locked out of the next achievement. I would also recommend always playing offense in the 4th quarter, even if you’re leading going into it. My main piece of advice is this do not super sim the whole match in one. Most players should be able to score a touchdown each time, especially if you throw to Streets. Another option is to super-sim quarter by quarter to speed things up if you are in the lead or tying at the end of a quarter, simulate to the next quarter if you are losing, take over on offensive plays for a bit until you’ve built a lead again. Instead, I would recommend just playing offence. You can opt to play the whole game, but I personally wouldn’t recommend this due to EA Access trial time allowances. You have a few options here regarding time. The AI is very easy, and your receivers are good. However, you shouldn’t have any problems with this game. If you’re close to losing in the 4th quarter and don't think you can recover, you must quit out and you’ll start at the beginning of the game again. For the next achievement, we need to win this game. Some more cutscenes (and a nice cameo appearance) and you’ll be thrown into the game against your opponent. This purely a tutorial, and you can’t fail it. Answer the rest however you like.Īfter this, you’ll watch various other cutscenes, before getting your first taste of gameplay (training in an empty AT&T Stadium). If you don’t really understand styles of quarterback, choose scramble (can run and throw well). When asked about playing style choose based on your preference. Soon afterward, you’ll be prompted to choose the team you’re playing against (again arbitrary, they don’t have any difficulty implications), enter your name for the security guard, and give an interview. You’ll then load various cut-scenes on the way to a big game. This choice is completely arbitrary, so pick however you like (I picked USC because I’m a Trojans fan). This will be your opportunity for you to pick your college. After this, you’ll be on a long table with a bunch of college hats. Pick the voice of your choice, and watch the next cutscene. If you want to you can customize this fully, but if you’re pushed for time on your trial just press accept and continue. You’ll start with a cut-scene, and then be prompted to create your character. Many cutscenes have choices and dialogue, but all they do is shape your character type. Throughout the mode, conversation choices do not matter at all for achievements. Additionally, even though you can play a full season with your rookie after being drafted, you will be done with the achievements by the time you’re drafted. Most of the achievements are missable, but there is only one which can be considered close to skill-related and I cover that in-depth. Achievement wise, this is pretty straightforward.
